Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Effective date: Effective upon commercial launch
1. General principle
An eligible consumer entering a distance contract may generally withdraw within the statutory period without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions.
2. Starting the withdrawal period
The starting date depends on whether the contract concerns goods, services, digital content or a mixed supply.
3. Exercising the right
The consumer must send an unambiguous statement before the deadline to info@systemsstudio.eu.
4. Services started early
Consumers may expressly request performance before the withdrawal period ends. If they withdraw after performance has started, they may owe a proportionate amount for work already supplied where permitted by law.
5. Exceptions
The right may not apply, or may cease to apply, in situations such as:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications;
- fully performed services following the required request and acknowledgement;
- certain digital content supplied after the required consent and acknowledgement;
- other statutory exceptions.
