1. Platform Access

Access is provided by subscription, invitation, or written agreement. Users must protect their login credentials.

2. Software Infrastructure

AITP is provided as software infrastructure for monitoring, operational visibility, and AI-assisted platform functionality.

3. No Profit Guarantee

Systems Studio does not guarantee trading profit, investment performance, or financial outcome.

4. User Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their own exchange accounts, API credentials, financial decisions, and regulatory obligations.

5. Termination

Systems Studio may suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, non-payment, or security risk is detected.
