Secure Upload and Project Data Retention

1. Permitted uploads

Users may upload project-related documents, drawings, models, photographs, evidence and technical files that they are authorized to provide.

2. Prohibited content

Users must not upload malware, unlawful content, third-party confidential material without authority, unnecessary sensitive personal data or credentials such as passwords and private keys.

3. Access controls

Client files may be restricted by project, account, role, access code or administrative authorization. Users must not attempt to access another client's workspace.

4. Retention

Retention depends on the contract, project type, legal obligations, evidence requirements and storage plan. Specific project terms may establish longer evidence-retention periods.

5. Deletion

Files may be deleted after the retention period, account closure or a valid deletion request, unless continued retention is required for legal claims, accounting, security or another lawful reason.

6. Backups

Deleted material may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups rotate or are securely destroyed.

7. Client responsibility

Clients should retain their own copies of essential documents unless a written archival or evidence-custody service has been agreed.
