Cookie and Analytics Policy

This policy explains how Systems Studio websites use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies.
1. Strictly necessary technologies
Necessary technologies may support security, authentication, language selection, session continuity, rate limiting and other functions requested by the visitor. These technologies cannot always be disabled without affecting website operation.
2. Analytics
Systems Studio currently uses a self-hosted Umami analytics service at analytics.systemsstudio.eu to measure website usage. The standard tracker does not set analytics cookies. Detailed analytics events are retained for up to 90 days and are removed by an automated retention process. Aggregated statistics may remain available for longer where they no longer provide detailed session-level information.
3. Optional technologies
Optional analytics, advertising or third-party tracking technologies will not be treated as strictly necessary. Where consent is required, they should be activated only after an affirmative visitor choice.
4. Embedded content
Pages may embed maps, video, payment, CAD/BIM, communications or other third-party services. Those providers may apply their own technologies and privacy terms when their content is loaded.
5. Managing choices
Visitors may use the website consent controls, where provided, and may also manage storage through browser settings. Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it.
