Portal Access Control

Engineering portal access can be limited, activated or suspended depending on the payment status.

Engineering Portal Workflow

Client requests a monthly payment plan for an engineering, architectural or AI infrastructure project.
Systems Studio reviews the project value, duration, risk and required delivery stages.
A deposit and monthly installment structure is proposed to the client.
The client accepts the payment plan before the project is activated.
The first payment or deposit is completed through invoice or Stripe payment link.
Engineering Portal access is activated for the client project workspace.
Monthly payment status is monitored during the active project period.
After the final installment, the project becomes completed and fully paid.
