Professional MEP Note

VMC and extraction systems require coordination between electrical supply, control wiring, duct routing, acoustic comfort, air inlets, extraction points, maintenance access and airflow balancing.

In real renovation work, correct air supply is as important as extraction. A fan cannot extract properly if the room or apartment has no controlled air inlet path.
